North Ayrshire Community Link Worker Service

Community Link Worker (CLW) service connects people in communities to local groups and services to help improve health and wellbeing.

Based in General Practice, the CLWs can help you find groups/services to meet your needs and interests, including:

• Money and benefit advice, debt management and budgeting
• Local activities and social groups
• Self-help and support groups
• Care services and carers support groups
• Volunteering opportunities
• Getting into work, training and education

Every GP Surgery has access to a Community Link Worker.

Appointments to see a link worker should be made with the General Practice.
